Quick Tip
About Floor Finish Solids Content

This refers to the non-volatile ingredients (the solid materials)
that remain after the volatile ingredients have evaporated.
A solids content of 16% to 25% is considered normal.

A lower percentage of solids will allow for rapid re-coat
and drying time, but if all things are equal, will not wear as
long as a higher solids content product.

A higher percentage of solids maybe more appropriate when
drying times are not critical and thicker coats are desired to minimize the number of applications.
