PROCEDURES: SEE
HOW EASY THIS IS WITH GEN SERV!
- Fill
auto scrubber with Cold Water and add 4 to 6oz of #3
Super Pro per
gallon of water to the solution tank.
*Install Blue
Pads for Light Top Scrub or Green Pads for Heavy Top Scrub
- Fill two buckets with
Cold Water.
- Place wet floor signs
at all areas of main entry to your work.
- Remove any obstructions
from area to be Top Scrubbed and Dust mop.
- Heavily
apply #3
Super Pro from
bucket to all areas the Auto Scrubber can't reach such as corners
and edges.
- Heavily
apply #3
Super Pro to
remaining center area with Auto Scrubber, note the Scrubber
should be operated with skirting and squeegee in up position
and at a medium travel speed.
- Allow Chemical to dwell
8 to 10 minutes, begin to clean the edges and corners first
using utility pole with pad or a floor machine and scraper.
- After the proper dwell
time slowly scrub and pick up solution in one pass with the
Auto Scrubber. Now operate the scrubber with skirting and squeegee
in down position.
- After
removing the scrubbing slurry from the corners, edges and center
rinse all areas one time with #7
Haze Away to
neutralize the floor.
- Allow
floor to completely dry than apply first coat of #6
Ultra Sheen II finish.
Place air mover to speed drying.- Note the
air movers must be angled up slightly so air does not directly blow
over the finish. Do
not aim at the ceiling
or above floor items that would force dust down and contaminate finish.
- Allow
finish to dry completely than apply second coat of #6
Ultra Sheen II
Finish, Protect
area until completely dry. Floor scrubbing and burnishing should
not be performed for at least 24 hours.
*** Always make sure
floor is dry before applying each coat of finish |
